I've seen lots of versions of the favorite 'Twas the Night Before Christmas Poem. I found this little gem written by Dr. Marc Silpa in SAVMA's The Vet Gazette and thought this would be a great time to share it! It gave me a good laugh...
"So too the students, nurses and intern flew
Drawing up the atropine too—
And then, in a twinkling, from the ECG
The prancing leaps of the line came in three
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Up came the heart beats with a bound."
