Lori Hehn is a practicing veterinarian and has a drive for continual learning and enjoys interacting with veterinary and vet tech students. She also writes veterinary learning books for children.
I've seen lots of versions of the favorite 'Twas the Night Before Christmas Poem. I found this little gem written by Dr. Marc Silpa in SAVMA's The Vet Gazette and thought this would be a great time to share it! It gave me a good laugh...
"So too the students, nurses and intern flew
Drawing up the atropine too—
And then, in a twinkling, from the ECG
The prancing leaps of the line came in three
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Up came the heart beats with a bound."
